Step 3:After clicking 'Add entry' you will see the online application form. Simply fill in all the fields. Including the required contact details fields. The field labelled 'Name/Company name' is your full name in the surname. christian name format. For example; Doe. Jane If you have a company name as well, enter it as follows; Doe. Jane - Your company name The description field is your Artist statement. Please keep it at between 100 and 150 words. (See screenshot below). * Adding your own website URL address is an extra option which attracts a small fee. For information about adding your art work images click 'Next'.
